9 video lessons – low and high tummy support, asymmetry, rolling!

I explain everything calmly, step by step!

Knowledge you’ll master in no time!

Answers to your questions in the group!

Tummy time play is crucial for your little one! By mastering support on elbows and then on arms, your little one performs rotations and progresses to crawling and sitting at 7 months old.

You will learn how to assist your little one in tummy time and high support. You will discover activities that mitigate infant’s excessive arching and flexing. You will understand how to support your baby in learning to turn.

You will gain organized knowledge backed by 33 years of experience with thousands of infants!

In the second quarter, your little one's activity on the tummy should increase. However, babies often don't enjoy this position.

In this course, you will find numerous plays and exercises that will help encourage the baby to be more active on the tummy.

One of the exercises is the visible high support position, which activates the shoulder girdle and arms but also supports head control.

The high support position is the first milestone in an infant's development. Achieving this milestone enables the accomplishment of further milestones in the third quarter, such as sitting, turning and crawling.

Maintaining symmetry, meaning equal activity on the right and left sides, is also crucial.

But that's just a small snippet of what you'll find in the course!

In addition to the high support position, we will also show you...

The High Bottom play, in which we activate the entire baby's body. Hips, legs and arms are engaged here.

In the High Bottom play, we encourage the baby to touch feet with hands, allowing them to explore their own body through play.

The key is to position the hands along the long axis of the body, which helps us maintain symmetry.

An essential element that greatly influences the harmonious development of the baby and strengthens the bond between you is eye contact.

The High Bottom encourages the baby to flex more which inhibits excessive arching, stiffening, and forming a C shape. Additionally, through flexion, we help to get rid of trapped gas. The baby is calmer and less fussy.

Video lessons, from which you will learn how to support elbow and high support, assist in rotations, inhibit asymmetry, and normalize muscle tension levels, are not everything you will receive in our course.

I know what you're thinking right now... Who on earth is this person and why should I trust him? Maybe he's not a specialist at all, just pretending to be one and trying to deceive me?

Calm down. Take a deep breath and look on my credentials!

My name is Stanisław Faliszewski, and I hold a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and a PhD in Medical Sciences. I defended my doctoral thesis in 2006 at the Medical University of Poznań.

Since 1997, for the next 25 years, I taught at the Poznań Academy of Physical Education in the Physiotherapy program. I taught specialized courses such as Pediatrics and Neurology, fields to which I have devoted my professional life. This is my great passion.

But I am not a doctor sitting behind a desk simply teaching students. First and foremost, I am a clinical practitioner who has been practicing for 33 years. Every week, I consult new patients, enriching my skills and experience.

The course I want to present to you is the result of my many years of experience with thousands of infants.

Video opinions

Answer for these questions...

  • Don't know how to support tummy time without worsening developmental deficits?
  • Don't know how to assist the baby in the High Support position and turning skills?
  • Your baby dislikes being on the tummy, has weak head control, and is asymmetrical?
  • Does the baby have so-called "colic," with a tense tummy?
  • Does the baby flex too much, tilt head back, form a C shape, struggle with breastfeeding?
  • Do you want to support your baby's development while providing a sense of closeness and safety?
  • Are you seeking proven, organized knowledge from a physiotherapist with extensive experience?

WHAT HAPPENS TO A BABY WHO DOESN'T LIKE LYING ON THEIR STOMACH AND DOESN'T DEVELOP SUPPORT ON THEIR ARMS?

  • The little one has issues with normalizing muscle tone,
  • They tense up and arch, are restless, and cry more often,
  • They have weak arms, a weak torso, and abdomen, making it challenging for them to achieve high support, crawl, and sit in the third quarter!
  • There are no developmental windows of activity; they constantly want to be carried!
  • They are reinforcing improper, asymmetrical patterns!
I consult with several dozen infants each month.

Parents often come to my office with these issues.

Based on years of experience, I have prepared a structured program for you, thanks to which you will take care of the safe and healthy development of your little one!

Questions and answers

Plenty of answers to frequently asked questions during Q&A sessions with me

I will explain and show you why:

  • Not supporting the baby during tummy time isn't beneficial for the baby's development,
  • It reinforces asymmetry and muscle tension issues,
  • The baby who dislikes tummy time tends to be fussy,
  • The baby can't get rid of trapped gas, leading to restlessness,
  • They develop an excessive extension pattern, which worsens asymmetry and arching,
  • They become tired, can't hold their head up, have raised shoulders and a shortened neck,
  • And this will hinder their progression to the High Support position, sitting, crawling - that is a harmonious development in the upcoming months!

What does the course include?

Structured knowledge delivered step by step, in a clear manner.

Regular review of my lessons will help you and your little one get to know each other better.

You'll gain confidence and peace of mind knowing that you're carrying your baby and supporting their development safely.

Module – Plays stimulating harmonious development:

What is included in the module?

Lesson: High Support - continued
In the second quarter, we want to and can count on the cooperation of the baby, who set into the High Support, will be able to keep the position on straightened arms. This exercise perfectly strengthens the muscles of the arms and back, and also trains the baby’s proper level of muscle tone in the shoulder girdle.

Lesson: High Bottom - continued

High Bottom is our play with which we achieve at least three goals. Firstly, we encourage the baby to contact its hands and legs and get to know its own body. Secondly, we consolidate symmetrical movement patterns. Thirdly, we practice flexion, abduction and external rotation of the hips, which strengthens the abdominal and back muscles.

Module – Ball exercises:

What is included in the module?

Lesson: Working on the ball ‘Health and Safety’
It is a short but very important lesson. Check what you need to do to safely exercise with the baby on the ball, and how to assume a comfortable position for your back, which is often overloaded with a number of everyday duties.

Lesson: Lying on the stomach – warm-up
Each of the activities on a ball must start with familiarizing the baby with the ball, as well as preparing the baby’s body for more intensive work. We start with a play, which we call Bouncing that is bouncing the baby on the ball.

Lesson: Lying on the stomach - high support
A good variation and, at the same time, an additional challenge to the play in high support is transferring it to the ball. We gain the same as we would do this exercise on the floor, but simultaneously we familiarize the baby with the ball and have a nice time together.

Lesson: Lying on the stomach - side to side balance
With the side-to-side balance, we strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, as well as baby’s control of the torso. All these factors are necessary, for a harmoniously developing baby, to initiate moving on all fours in the third quarter.

Lesson: Lying on the stomach - tactile stimulation and vibration
This exercise can be a great break between our other exercises. Strong meaning an intense tactile stimulus gives the baby a sense of security, and additionally it has a toning effect. Vibration is also an intense stimulus.

Lesson: Lying on the stomach - full workout
This lesson combines all the other lessons in this module into one. 10-15 minutes of these activities during the day suffice to support the harmonious development of the baby, strengthen its ability to control and balance the torso and thus help in achieving milestones.

Module – Turning:

What is included in the module?

Lesson: Back-to-stomach turn
Turns are a great exercise supporting the desire to stay on the stomach. After the rotation, the baby can move into a high support and strengthen the shoulder girdle. In this exercise, remember that the baby should do as much of it as possible on its own. Also, do not forget about symmetry, do an equal number of repetitions for the left and right side!

Over 11000 parents have already trusted my methods!

Karolina, Malwinka's Mom

The practical approach, experience, and the clear explanations by Dr. Faliszewski convinced me to make the purchase. The course includes exercises with real babies, not just dolls, allowing us to see how the baby responds to stimulation.

Implementing the Academy's program gave me confidence, and my daughter easily reached her developmental milestones!

Magdalena, Krysia's Mom

Even from the short promotional videos, I could see that the doctor explains each exercise very clearly. I decided to purchase the course, and I loved the variety of topics and how the activities were tailored to the baby's age.

The course boosted my confidence and expanded my knowledge and skills in supporting my daughter's harmonious development!

Dorota, Filip's Mom

The comprehensive approach to the baby encouraged me to purchase the course. Thanks to the video materials, I now know how to effectively spend time with my son, play with him and support his development. We particularly enjoyed practicing symmetry through the play with the "High Bottom" position. The course calmed my nerves and assured me that I'll do well in taking care of my infant. A true treasure-trove of knowledge!

And now, imagine...

  • Imagine a scenario where your baby observes the world with a smile and curiosity,
  • Imagine not having to scour the internet and Instagram every day for information,
  • Imagine your decisions, movements, and actions being correct and confident,
  • Imagine that you know how to encourage your little one to play on the tummy,
  • Imagine that with each passing day, your baby enjoys being on the tummy more and more,
  • Imagine that colic and trapped gas don't bother the baby, and it is no longer tense and fussy,
  • And you can learn all of this at any time, on your phone,
  • And when you're unsure about something, you can ask in the student group on Facebook!
Just a wonderful, blissful vision of a happy baby and happy parents!

Probably you are wondering how much it costs?

A consultation in my office costs

£59

A 30-minute visit, during which I mainly focus on examining and diagnosing the child.

Three group sessions, where I demonstrate everything covered in this course, but in three months, cost £52.

You don't have to pay that much! And you will get all this knowledge immediately.

The complete course is available for...

£43

At this price, you'll receive:

  • The entire course with bonuses is valued at £176, and you can have it now for 25% of that price

£43 is much less than the cost of a consultation with a physiotherapist.

During a 30-45 minute visit, of which a large part will be dedicated to examining the child, you'll learn only a few of the things you'll find in my course.

As an experienced physiotherapist, I know well that learning correct holds, hand positions, switching carrying positions, and play, requires repetition.

Will you remember every detail shown by the physiotherapist during those 15 minutes? My course gives you the opportunity to replay every lesson, every segment, anytime, endlessly.

Of course, I'm not discouraging you from seeking physiotherapeutic consultations! That would be shooting myself in the foot, as I conduct them myself.

However, my 33 years of experience show that consultations primarily serve for examining, analyzing, and assessing the child's condition - checking for asymmetry, reflexes, muscle tension levels - and answering all your questions and doubts.

Mastering proper carrying and development-supporting play requires repetition. I know this very well, as many parents decide to purchase my course after leaving the clinic.

£43 is much less than what you'd spend on noisy, flashy, squeaky toys which advertisements you are bombarded with from everywhere. And those toys aren't necessary for your little one's healthy development.

£43 is about the same as few packs of diapers or about the same as three bodysuits. In the scope of your baby's expenses, it's not a big amount.

£43 is just a £3,60 per month! And having access to the materials for 10 years will allow you to revisit the course for your next baby.

What will happen if I don't buy the course?

We won't scare you by saying that your baby's development will suffer.

Your baby's development is a wonderful journey meant to bring you joy and peace.

What you'll primarily miss out on by not joining Falmed Academy is the most precious resource you have – your time.

The time you'll spend searching for knowledge and practicing with your baby.

The time you'll waste verifying conflicting information.

I invite you to join Falmed Academy where the saved time can be devoted to your family!

WITH FALMED ACADEMY YOU WILL LEARN:

  • How to reduce fussiness and discomfort of an infant during tummy time,
  • How to effectively encourage the baby to engage in activities in this position,

Frequently Asked Questions

1. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASE?

You will receive an email from us with a link to the login page and password to your account! Log in and start using the course whenever you want!

2. IS THERE MORE CONTENT IN THE COURSE THAN ON INSTAGRAM?

Absolutely! Our Instagram content represents only about 10-15% of what we present in the course! Instagram videos are usually only 80-90 seconds long, and because of their dynamics it is difficult to show everything in detail.

Are the Instagram videos cataloged in one place, or do you have to search for them? They are not cataloged.

Can you pause a video (by tapping the screen) or skip to a specific part of a video? No, you cannot. You have to watch the entire video from the beginning.

The course contains several hours of video lessons that comprehensively cover the development of infants in the first quarter!

Prominent physiotherapists with significant Instagram profiles have also purchased our courses – a testament to our quality!

3. CAN I HANDLE THIS?

Absolutely! Over 3000 parents have already benefited from Falmed Academy, and we haven't received a single complaint about any lesson being too difficult.

Before the Academy was established, this program was successfully completed by over 900 parents as part of the Baby Club - my group classes for babies and parents!

With my 25 years of experience as an instructor of physiotherapist courses and academic lecturer, I know how to convey knowledge in a way that is understandable for everyone.

Every aspect in the course is presented very precisely, in detail, and step by step!

4. DOES THE FACEBOOK GROUP REALLY WORK, AND WILL I RECEIVE HELP THERE?

Our Facebook group functions exceptionally well, and many parents appreciate the additional support it provides!

I approach each issue and question raised by parents there in a practical and individual manner.

We also regularly organize Q&A sessions – excerpts from which you can find in the Knowledge Base Module!

5. CAN I COMPLETE THIS COURSE IN TIME?

You have access to the course for 10 years! You'll have plenty of time to go through all the content and even repeat the program with your second and next children!

6. IS THE KNOWLEDGE IN THE COURSE PRACTICAL?

I'm not accustomed to giving fluff in my training. I focus on practicality because it's the most important aspect. I teach you specific techniques, skills, games, and exercises.

I know very well that showing and repeating each movement multiple times will give you confidence and peace of mind. Talking about it won't achieve the same results.

As a lecturer at the AWF (University of Physical Education), I taught subjects specific to physiotherapy, like neurology and pediatrics. I taught my students a practical approach to patient care. I'm not the kind of academic who publishes articles to prove the obvious.

Opinions from parents, my students, and participants in my courses for physiotherapists are unequivocal – Faliszewski focuses on practice!

7. ARE THE TECHNIQUES SHOWN ON REAL BABIES AND NOT DOLLS?

Absolutely! You can see this in our ads and in the lesson clips above. It's not deep fake technology. I don't work with dolls.

Every stimulation I demonstrate is done on a real baby to show you how an infant reacts to what I'm doing.

8. WILL I ACTUALLY BENEFIT FROM THIS?

I'm convinced you will! The stimulation I show you requires repetition and routine. Thanks to clear instructions and the possibility to replay lessons, you'll master every element of the course.

Efficiently spending time with your baby to support its harmonious development doesn't require many hours each day. Just a few minutes of shared play in multiple sessions throughout the day will suffice!

Playing in high support, lifting techniques, and proper carrying, combined with touch stimulation, will become a habit for you after just a few days!
