4 Lessons on supporting crawling and sitting

3 Lessons on ball exercises in a seated position

2 Lessons on turns and the three-point support position
Mastering crawling and sitting is, in developmental norm between the 7 and 9 months, is crucial for your baby's development.
These motor skills will provide your baby with independent mobility and will ease standing and walking.
Some infants initiate crawling at 10 or 11 months. If your little one is at this age and is having difficulty with it, you will find the appropriate exercises here.
These motor skills will provide your baby with independent locomotion and facilitate standing and walking.
You will learn how to support your little one in tummy time and high support play. You'll see activities that minimize strong arching and stiffening of the infant. You'll learn how to assist your baby in learning rotations.
You will gain organized knowledge backed by 33 years of experience with thousands of infants!

Sitting is a crucial skill in your baby's development. According to developmental norms, a baby who is 7 months old should be able to maintain a sitting position independently.
However, some infants might struggle with sitting independently, which can consequently lead to difficulties in transitioning to a seated position, a milestone that should be achieved by the end of the 9th month.
In this course, we will show you how to initiate sitting with your baby, how to transition from crawling to a sideways sit, and how to strengthen the torso through ball play activities.
You'll discover ball games that your little one will love, and through them, you'll strengthen their tummy and back.
We will teach you how to show your infant the transition from kneeling to sitting on their heels. This way, your little one will learn various sitting patterns!
Learning to sit is connected to crawling!
From this course, you will also learn how to encourage your little one to crawl.
The on-all-fours position, often referred to by parents as crawling, is another significant skill that the baby develops in the third quarter of their life.
Crawling embodies symmetry, engages both the right and left sides as well as all four limbs, thus it refines proper movement patterns in infants.
However, there are instances where babies might only creep, “seal crawl”, “wing” the arms, or favor one side of the body, thereby reinforcing an asymmetrical pattern.
Crawling provides independent locomotion, allowing babies to explore the world and their surroundings, which greatly stimulates their proper development!

Video lessons, from which you will learn how to encourage your little one to crawl, sit, and perform full rotations, are not everything you will receive in our course.
But that's not all you'll receive in our course.
I know what you're thinking right now... Who on earth is this person and why should I trust him? Maybe he's not a specialist at all, just pretending to be one and trying to deceive me?
Calm down. Take a deep breath and look on my credentials!
My name is Stanisław Faliszewski, and I hold a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and a PhD in Medical Sciences. I defended my doctoral thesis in 2006 at the Medical University of Poznań.
Since 1997, for the next 25 years, I taught at the Poznań Academy of Physical Education in the Physiotherapy program. I taught specialized courses such as Pediatrics and Neurology, fields to which I have devoted my professional life. This is my great passion.
But I am not a doctor sitting behind a desk simply teaching students. First and foremost, I am a clinical practitioner who has been practicing for 33 years. Every week, I consult new patients, enriching my skills and experience.
The course I want to present to you is the result of my many years of experience with thousands of infants.

What does the course include?
Structured knowledge delivered step by step, in a clear manner.
Regular review of my lessons will help you and your little one get to know each other better.
You'll gain confidence and peace of mind knowing that you're carrying your baby and supporting their development safely.
Module - Turns and three-point support:
What is included in the module?
Lesson: Stomach-to-back turn
It is more difficult to perform than the one from back to stomach, which is why we can expect it from a baby between 6 and 7 months of age. In this lesson, we will show you the correct technique to practice the turn, which is designed to help your baby acquire this skill.
Lesson: The President's Elbow – three-point support position
This is one of our original positions in which a baby, lying on one side, can actively and freely use the other hand, e.g. reaching for a toy. In this position, we mobilize muscle groups that a baby uses to get into the on-all-fours position.

Module - Low verticalization:

What is included in the module?
Lesson: Three elements of stimulation to crawling
The on-all-fours position, called crawling by parents, can be a difficult or even unattainable position for a baby. Not every baby wants to crawl on all fours. Nevertheless, we like the on-all-fours position because it is a multi-level, correct stimulation of development.
Lesson: Crawling - practice
In this lesson, we will show you how to specifically practice the initiation of crawling with your baby. We will present the correct hold and positions or movements to use with your baby to help it develop harmoniously in the 3rd quarter and reach this milestone.
Lesson: Crawling - transition to a sideways sit
From this lesson you will learn how to go, with a baby who has already mastered the position of on-all-fours, to a sideways sit and assume an independent sitting position.
Lesson: Kneelings and sideways sit
Kneelings are the basic exercise in low verticalization and, at the same time, an excellent preparation for high verticalization of babies. Practicing kneeling and moving from this position to sitting sideways engages many muscle groups that are crucial for standing up and then walking in the 4th quarter.
Module - Sitting exercises on the ball:
What is included in the module?
Lesson: Seating a baby safely on the ball
This lesson is the most important in this module, make sure to start with it! The sitting position on the ball is less stable than the lying position, which is why it is very important to seat a baby in a safe way. In this lesson, we will show you how to do that, and how to hold a baby securely while exercising together.
Lesson: Back-sitting exercises on the ball
Our play on the ball begins with a warm-up - bouncing, which you should already know from the 2nd quarter. We will also show you the elements of balance strengthening the muscles of the back and abdomen.
Lesson: Front-sitting exercises on the ball
Being face to face with a baby gives us the opportunity to encourage it to be active by making funny faces. Due to the eye contact, front-back and side-to-side balance tasks may require more focus and concentration from a baby, thus the level of difficulty increases.

Over 11000 parents have already trusted my methods!

Magdalena, Krysia's Mom
Even from the short promotional videos, I could see that the doctor explains each exercise very clearly. I decided to purchase the course, and I loved the variety of topics and how the activities were tailored to the baby's age.
The course boosted my confidence and expanded my knowledge and skills in supporting my daughter's harmonious development!

Aleksandra, Tomira's Mom
I wanted to be well-prepared for taking care of my little one. I came across the Falmed Academy course, and it exceeded all my expectations. The lessons are very informative and comprehensive regarding correct play, developmental exercises and friendly care. Dr. Faliszewski's experience is an additional advantage that provides parents with well-organized knowledge about developmental norms. Thanks to this, I know what skills my daughter should be achieving at a certain age. I don't have to search the Internet and get confused by conflicting information, and that makes me much calmer and more confident.

Iwona, mom of Leo and Noah
Dr. Faliszewski's personality and the way he explained things in his Instagram reels convinced me to make the purchase. He exudes warmth, knowledge, and experience. I have the complete package of the Academy, dividing the course into quarters and including lessons suitable for my baby's age work great for me.
Thanks to the program, my 5-month-old boys (one of them had an asymmetry issue) started enjoying tummy time and learned to turn over! The course gave us what's best for their harmonious development and peace of mind!
And now, imagine...

Probably you are wondering how much it costs?
A consultation in my office costs
£59
A 30-minute visit, during which I mainly focus on examining and diagnosing the child.
Three group sessions, where I demonstrate everything covered in this course, but in three months, cost £52.
You don't have to pay that much. And you will get all this knowledge immediately.

The complete course is available for...
£43
At this price, you'll receive:
£43 is much less than the cost of a consultation with a physiotherapist.
During a 30-45 minute visit, of which a large part will be dedicated to examining the child, you'll learn only a few of the things you'll find in my course.
As an experienced physiotherapist, I know well that learning correct holds, hand positions, switching carrying positions, and play, requires repetition.
Will you remember every detail shown by the physiotherapist during those 15 minutes? My course gives you the opportunity to replay every lesson, every segment, anytime, endlessly!
Of course, I'm not discouraging you from seeking physiotherapeutic consultations! That would be shooting myself in the foot, as I conduct them myself.
However, my 33 years of experience show that consultations primarily serve for examining, analyzing, and assessing the child's condition - checking for asymmetry, reflexes, muscle tension levels - and answering all your questions and doubts.
Mastering proper carrying and development-supporting play requires repetition. I know this very well, as many parents decide to purchase my course after leaving the clinic.
£43 is much less than what you'd spend on noisy, flashy, squeaky toys which advertisements you are bombarded with from everywhere. And those toys aren't necessary for your little one's healthy development.
£43 is about the same as few packs of diapers or about the same as three bodysuits. In the scope of your baby's expenses, it's not a big amount.
£43 is just a £3,60 per month! And having access to the materials for 10 years will allow you to revisit the course for your next baby.
What will happen if I don't buy the course?
We won't scare you by saying that your baby's development will suffer.
Your baby's development is a wonderful journey meant to bring you joy and peace.
What you'll primarily miss out on by not joining Falmed Academy is the most precious resource you have – your time.
The time you'll spend searching for knowledge and practicing with your baby.
The time you'll waste verifying conflicting information.

Are the Instagram videos cataloged in one place, or do you have to search for them? They are not cataloged.
Can you pause a video (by tapping the screen) or skip to a specific part of a video? No, you cannot. You have to watch the entire video from the beginning.

I'm not accustomed to giving fluff in my training. I focus on practicality because it's the most important aspect. I teach you specific techniques, skills, games, and exercises.
I know very well that showing and repeating each movement multiple times will give you confidence and peace of mind. Talking about it won't achieve the same results.
As a lecturer at the AWF (University of Physical Education), I taught subjects specific to physiotherapy, like neurology and pediatrics. I taught my students a practical approach to patient care. I'm not the kind of academic who publishes articles to prove the obvious.
Opinions from parents, my students, and participants in my courses for physiotherapists are unequivocal – Faliszewski focuses on practice!
Absolutely! You can see this in our ads and in the lesson clips above. It's not deep fake technology. I don't work with dolls.
